A lead comes in while you are on a ladder or under a sink. The ClearLine365 app is where you find out about it and call the customer back, without opening a laptop.

How it works

  • The app mirrors the website: the same leads, calendar, and settings, built for your phone.
  • Signing in creates no new data — it is the same account and the same organization you use on the web.
  • A push notification lands a minute or two after Cara finishes a call, so you can work a lead from wherever you are.

  1. Open the app and enter your email and password, the same ones you use for the website — or
  2. Tap Continue with Google or Continue with Apple to sign in with that account instead.

If you are creating a brand-new account rather than signing in to an existing one, the app sends a six-digit code to your email to confirm it before your account is created.

Turn on notifications

The first time you sign in, allow notifications when your phone asks. This is what lets the app alert you when a lead comes in, a minute or two after the call, even when the app is closed. You can check or change this later from Settings → Alerts → Push alerts, which opens your phone's own notification settings.

What's in the app

  • Leads — every call Cara answered, with the transcript, the recording, and one tap to call the customer back. Every role sees this tab.
  • Calendar and Stats — the appointments Cara booked, and how your assistant is performing. An owner or a teammate sees both.
  • Settings — your business profile, alerts, team, and everything else you'd change on the website.

Limits

What you see depends on your role. An owner sees everything, including billing and business settings. A teammate works the Leads tab, the Calendar, and Stats, and cannot reach the settings that change how the business runs.

Common questions

Do I need to sign up again for the app?

No. If you already have a ClearLine365 account, sign in with the same email and password, or the same Google or Apple account, and you land in the same organization you use on the web.

I didn't get a push notification for a lead. What do I check first?

Open Settings → Alerts → Push alerts in the app. If it says notifications are off, tap it to jump straight to your phone's settings and turn them back on.
