What integrations your plan includes
Basic connects nothing outside ClearLine365, Starter adds one calendar plus Zapier and a custom webhook, and Pro adds more calendars plus QuickBooks Online.

Open Settings → Integrations on Basic and the tab is genuinely empty — that isn't a bug, it's the plan. Starter and Pro both unlock more, and exactly how much depends on which one you're on.
What each plan gets
| Plan | Integrations |
|---|---|
| Basic | None. Cara books straight into your ClearLine365 calendar, and that's the only calendar there is. |
| Starter | One external calendar connection — Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Microsoft 365, your pick — plus the Custom webhook and the Zapier app. |
| Pro | Everything in Starter, plus more than one calendar connection at a time and QuickBooks Online. |
See what's available to you
- Go to Settings → Integrations.
- Every card shows what it does. A card your plan can't use yet is locked: it shows the plan required and an Upgrade link. Pressing anything on a locked card does nothing else until you upgrade.

Limits
- Basic includes no integration connections at all — not calendar sync, not the Custom webhook, not Zapier.
- Starter's calendar sync is capped at one live connection, whichever of Google, Apple, or Microsoft 365 you pick.
- Pro allows more than one calendar connection at once, but only three calendar systems exist today — Google, Apple, and Microsoft 365 — so that's the practical ceiling.
- Pro also adds QuickBooks Online — see Sending won leads to QuickBooks Online for what it does and where it stops.
Common questions
Can I add an integration to Basic without upgrading?
No. Basic doesn't include any integration connections — that's the difference Starter and Pro are built to sell.
Does Starter's one calendar connection limit which calendar I can use?
No — pick whichever of Google, Apple, or Microsoft 365 your business already runs on. You just can't hold more than one live connection at a time on Starter.
