Cancel, and resume

Cancel in two taps from Billing, keep access through the end of the period you already paid for, and undo it with one click if you change your mind.

Nothing about ClearLine365 locks you in. It's month-to-month, and canceling happens in Billing — there's no phone call and no separate cancellation page to dig through.

Cancel your subscription

  1. Go to Billing in the left nav.
  2. Near the bottom of your plan card, choose Cancel subscription.
  3. When asked "Cancel at the end of this billing period?", choose Confirm cancel — or Keep plan to back out.

What to expect

  • Nothing stops today. Cara keeps answering, and every feature on your plan keeps working, through the end of your current billing period.
  • Billing shows an Active until \<date\> banner for the rest of that time.
  • When the period ends, the subscription ends and access stops.
  • Forwarding is a setting at your phone company, separate from this. Canceling here doesn't touch it, so if you want calls to stop reaching Cara the moment access ends, turn forwarding off at your carrier too. See Turn off forwarding.

Resume before it ends

  1. Go to Billing — the Active until \<date\> banner is still there.
  2. Choose Resume subscription. It's one click, with no confirmation step, and your plan and price stay exactly as they were.

Refunds

Request a refund within 30 days of a charge. Approved refunds are returned to your card and end the subscription.

Refunds aren't a self-serve button in the app — email support@clearline365.com and the team reviews the request. Beyond that 30-day window, charges aren't refunded except where the law requires it.

Limits

  • Only an owner can cancel or resume a subscription.
  • An approved refund ends your subscription immediately, rather than at the end of the billing period the way a regular cancel does.

Common questions

Does canceling stop Cara from answering right away?

No — your receptionist keeps working through the end of the period you already paid for.

Can I change my mind after canceling?

Yes, any time before the period ends. Resume subscription puts everything back with no further action needed.
